Overview of the Project (4 parts)
1
Problem Statement
Caterpillar employees have several calls received daily from customers who need their machine to have maintenance completed. Due to the amount of machine information that needs to be filled in on the form while on the phone with the customer, it can be a lengthy process. The challenge was to design a process that can get the most amount of information in the shortest amount of time.

The main focus of this challenge was the screen designs as there was a lot of information to gather and group accordingly. Each week our team met with a Caterpillar employee gaining new details about the project (target audience, requested features, project goals, and reviews on the designs).

Conclusion
Over the course of the 3 months, many iterations were made to these designs in search of the right one. During user testing, users were fond of the designs as it was simple to use and took little time to complete. After testing, more iterations were made and then the final design was presented to Caterpillar officials (Stakeholders and Managers) at the Caterpillar office located in Peoria, IL.
